Package does not Includes
- Tour operator is not responsible for loss of valuable items or Money
- No refund of unused services or lesser duration of stay for any reasons
- Extra luggage charges other than mentioned on ticket will be paid by the pilgrim
- Person/s traveling individually other than group date, will bear the additional transportation charges as per their itinerary
- If Pilgrim decides to change in travel dates beyond the schedule dates of the group that may be for any reasons, the Air tickets extra amount / cancellation charges will be paid by the Pilgrims themselves
- Wheel-Chair purchase to be arranged by Pilgrims. Handling and operating of Wheel chair for use through out the journey has to be made by Pilgrims or its family members.
- Qurbani cost is not included in the Haj Package, Haji has to pay the cost by himself, however we will arrange the Qurbani on behalf of the group on individual requests and on receipt of money.
Notes
- Services start from Airport Ex-India, Hajis to arrange for eatables required on Airports.
- Tour dates and programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
- The tour costs has been based on ex Mumbai, Saudi Riyal at the rate of Rs. 22.70. Any increase on the said rates at the time of applying for Haj Visa or before the departure of the tour, the extra rate increase shall be collected from the Pilgrims as per the prevailing exchange rate of that particular day.
- Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any dispute is Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
- The rates of Haj package are decided on the basis of last year’s Haj fees applicable and announced by Govt. of Saudi Arabia, any new charges or increased in charges levied on Hajis by Ministry Of Haj, Govt. of Saudi Arabia, will be charged to Hajis.
- The Repeat Haj charges, which are 2000, SAR will be charged to the respective Haji who is repeaters of Haj as per the details registered on E-Haj portal. If the repeat Haj charges of 2000SAR are increased the same has to be paid by the Pilgrim.
- Any taxes (GST or any other taxes) increased or Introduced by the Government of India, direct or indirect, the same will be added to the Haj package price and has to be paid by Haji.
- Any tax introduced by Government of Saudi Arabia which affects the service charges for the services provided to the Hajis such as Hotels, Catering, Transportation or Haj Services, the same will applicable to the Hajis and therefore the package cost will be increased.
- There are no price difference for Child Package cost.
- On the date of the travel if any Pilgrim is not able to reach or travel for any reasons such as Health, Epidemic, Lockdown, Climatic Changes, Natural Disassters, War or War like situations, or any other uncertainties, Ikram Haj Corporation will not be in position to refund unless the refunds are disbursed by the respective authorities to which the paymnts are made.

Booking Policy
- International Passport with 6 month validity from the date of departure.
- 4 Photo Passport size (4cm x 6cm) with White Background
Pay a minimum of Rs. 1,00,000 /- per person to Book your tour, Balance amount to be paid by the the end of month of Shabaan. Hajj booking may stand cancelled if payments are not made on time. Book with Cheque, D.D. or RTGS favoring “IKRAM HAJ CORPORATION”.
Cancellation Policy:
After Visa endorsement, Cancellation of Hajis will not be accepted for any reasons. No refund will be possible.
